Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Providing Spiritual and Values Formation Programs for the Philippine National Police

This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is made and entered into as of November 11, 2021, by and between:

• The Philippine National Police Chaplain Service (PNP Chaplain Service), represented by Police Brigadier General Jason D. Ortizo, PNP Director of Chaplain Service; and
• Values Formation and Spiritual Transformation Council Philippines International, Inc. (VFSTCPII), represented by its Founder and President, Rev. Nicolas R. Amatorio.

This MOU outlines the framework for cooperation between the PNP Chaplain Service and VFSTCPII in providing spiritual and values formation programs for the Philippine National Police.
