Conduct of 2021 Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audit

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 6 conducted the Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Audit for Performance Year 2021 on June 1-2, 2022 at Seda Hotel, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

Anchored in the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2022-034, the ADAC Regional Audit Team (ART) was organized to assess the 2021 performance of the six (6) Provincial ADACs and two (2) HUC ADACs in Region 6. The ART is chaired by the DILG Regional Office 6 and composed by the Police Regional Office 6, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 6, and two (2) representative Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)— Values Formation and Spiritual Transformation Council Philippines Inc. and Signpost Philippines, Inc. as members.

This audit also aims to evaluate the functionality and effectiveness of local ADACs, determine their best practices, and recognize the best, effective, and performing ADACs.
